Fife Health and Social Care Partnership have refreshed and re-launched their Wellbeing Toolkit to give Fifers free, simple and practical ways to improve their mental health.

The updated Toolkit includes a range of ways to support mood, motivation and day to day wellbeing. It is designed so people can dip in and out, using what feels helpful at any given time and has been shaped by feedback from individuals, practitioners and partner organisations across Fife.

It also includes practical sections on topics including what you can and can’t control, moving more, managing money and taking time to pause and reflect.

For those who need it, the Wellbeing Toolkit also contains QR codes linking to wide range of local services.

The Toolkit relaunch also co-incides with Metal Health Awareness week 2026 which has a theme of Take Action.

Lisa Cooper, Head of Primary and Preventative Care Services, Fife Health and Social Care Partnership said: “Our Health Promotions service developed the toolkit to be a resource people actually want to use.

“It focuses on everyday wellbeing and offers gentle, practical ideas that people can fit into real life. It’s not about doing everything; it’s about finding what works for you.

“The Wellbeing Toolkit is for anyone living in Fife.  Whether they are feeling well, going through a difficult period, or simply looking for ways to maintain their wellbeing.

“It avoids judgement and encourages people to take small, manageable steps at their own pace.”

The Wellbeing Toolkit is free and available online and in print.
