Our new Strategic Plan 2026 – 2029 was formally approved at the Integration Joint Board meeting last week.

The important document sets out what Fife HSCP aims to achieve in the next three years and how we will do it.

Our over-arching aim is to enable the people of Fife to live independent and healthier lives, focussing on these three strategic priorities:

  • Prevention - empowering people to live healthier, more independent lives for longer.
  • Communities – working with people, carers, families and partners to create joined-up support that promotes wellbeing and connection
  • Digital – delivering inclusive, innovative digital care that enhances independence and supports better experiences.

The refreshed plan reflects three years of learning, data and listening to our staff, partners and communities.

Our ambitions are big but they are grounded in reality – it’s about shaping a stronger, more sustainable future for health, social work and social care for Fife.
