Fife Health and Social Care Partnership want to hear the voices and views of unpaid carers in the Kingdom.

There are more than 44,000 young and adult carers in Fife who take care of others and play a vital role in communities.

The Partnership needs to gather their experiences and views to help shape future support and services.

Roy Lawrence, Head of Culture, Engagement and Communities, Fife Health and Social Care Partnership, explained: “We’re re-shaping our Fife Carers Strategy and we want to make sure it makes the biggest difference it can for unpaid carers in the Kingdom.

“Carers are often unsung heroes in our communities, but we recognise the vital role they play and want to shape our future services together with them.

“By listening and learning from their experiences, we can make sure our strategy works for carers of all ages.

”We’ve compiled an online survey to also let carers know what we’ve already achieved and what our priorities are for the next three years – and we’d love to know what they think.”
