My career journey spans over three decades in public service, starting in financial and performance roles before moving into strategic leadership. I’ve held positions in NHS, local government and policing, leading on business improvement, financial planning, and governance.
Collaboration is at the heart of what I do, I believe that by working together, we can achieve better outcomes for the people of Fife.
