Link Life Fife - Mental Health

Link Life Fife is a community led support service (non-clinical) provided by Fife Health and Social Care Partnership for anyone aged 18 and over in Fife who is reaching out to their GP or other health professional within Primary Care for support to manage stress, anxiety, or feelings of being overwhelmed that are affecting their mental health or general well-being.

How can I refer/access the service?

Referrals are accepted from health professionals in Primary Care from GP practices across Fife

We are unable to accept referrals from non Primary Care professionals, please email for information

Near Me

You can have a video call with our staff (appointments only), please speak to your Link Worker to arrange.

Near Me allows you to have a video conversation with our staff from your own home. All you need is a device for making video calls (smartphone, tablet, laptop), internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) and Chrome or Safari Internet Browser.
